- Can I try the plan for free?
Yes, you can try any plan for free. If you find it unsuitable, you can cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund minus any applicable fees, no questions asked. This refund policy applies to first-time subscriptions.
We also offer a free plan, ideal for social sellers just starting their businesses. - I’m not sure if this plan suits me.

Yes, we use Stripe for payment processing. When paying by credit card, you can opt for automatic renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew on the service expiration date until canceled.
To stop the renewal, notify us at least three days before the billing date. - Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, if you find the service does not meet your needs within 14 days of your first subscription, you can receive a full refund minus any applicable fees. Refunds are not available for renewed subscriptions. - What online payment methods are accepted?
